These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, memberships, retail offerings, and wellness experiences. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, enrolling in a membership, visiting our facility, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Guests are encouraged to safeguard personal belongings during their visit.

Reservations & Appointments
Advance reservations are recommended and subject to availability.
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to preserve the experience of subsequent guests.
The full service fee may still apply regardless of reduced treatment time resulting from late arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change.
Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value.
No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service value.
Maison Lapè reserves the right to modify cancellation policies for special events, memberships, packages, or promotional offerings.
Membership Terms
Membership benefits are available exclusively to the enrolled member unless otherwise stated.
Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Unused services, visits, or benefits may expire in accordance with the specific membership agreement.
Membership pricing and benefits may be updated periodically with reasonable advance notice.
Founding Member benefits remain subject to the terms communicated at enrollment.
Maison Lapè reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Thermal Wellness & Renewal Soak Experiences
Thermal wellness experiences, soaking experiences, sauna use, steam experiences, and contrast therapies are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only.
Reservations may be required and are subject to availability.
Guests participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for their participation.
Individuals who are pregnant, have medical conditions, or are under medical care should consult with their healthcare provider before participating.
Guests should immediately discontinue use and notify a team member if discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse symptoms occur.
Health & Wellness Disclosure
Maison Lapè does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, allergies, injuries, medications, sensitivities, pregnancy, or concerns that may affect their experience.
Maison Lapè reserves the right to decline or modify services when necessary to protect guest safety and wellbeing.
Intellectual Property
All Maison Lapè branding, logos, designs, website content, photography, graphics, written content, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Maison Lapè.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards may not be replaced.
Promotional gift cards may be subject to expiration dates and restrictions disclosed at the time of issuance.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Florida.

Retail Purchases
Unused retail products may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
For health and safety reasons, opened, used, or altered products may not be eligible for return.
Maison Lapè reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
Guest Conduct
To preserve a welcoming and restorative environment for all guests, respectful behavior is expected at all times.
Maison Lapè reserves the right to refuse service, remove guests from the premises, or terminate memberships for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a safe environment.
